Peach Genealogy - Newsletter, On To Normandy

OUT TO SEA

We left the port at Oslo, Norway as planned an hour ago. There was a threat of rain in the area, but we set out to sea under calm and clear conditions. Temperature is to reach a high of 68 in Oslo today.

For those of you who have a tendency to get sea sick and brought your dramamine, you won't need it on this cruise. This ship will only sail on the calmest waters of Peach/Peachy/Peachey genealogy. No icebergs or other obstacles in the way. Smooth sailing all the way.

Tomorrow, you are invited to the Captain's Great Buffet in the Peachey Dining Room. This will be a time to get acquanted with those on board. You are all sailing first class with the finest of suites and the greatest collection of Peach/Peachy/Peachey manuscripts and books on board.

We welcome those who just came aboard at the last minute: Helen McKnight, Pat Peach and Mabel Giffin. From this point on, the things we share together on board will only be sent to those on the boat. Hopefully, that will give a sense of closeness and compatibility, realizing what we share is being internalized by concerned individuals.

We will be sailing the North Sea on our way to Normandy. Take time now to just sit back and enjoy and fellowship with your relatives from all over the world.

>From your Captain, John H. Peach
