Sharon's Seafood Fettuccini


Sharon borrowed the 'wine sauce' from a 'Joy of Cooking' recipe. If you like Seafood, this is a wonderfully decadent preparation.

In a large fry pan, heat:

add and saute:

Set aside when done.

In the same large fry pan, heat:

add and saute till just medium rare:

Remove from pan and set aside with:
  • 1/2 pound cooked dungeness crab meat
  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp meat
In that same large fry pan, make the wine sauce. Heat:

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
Cook 2-3 minutes, making a roue.

Add:

  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/4 teas garlic
  • 1/4 teas pepper
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup white wine
Cook until thickened. Add seafood, mushrooms and onion. Serve over:
  • fettucini with
  • Parmesan cheese.
